What are karakia?

Karakia are Māori incantations, chants, or prayers, used to invoke spiritual guidance and protection. Karakia are a powerful and important practise to enhance one’s life as serve many purposes. From seeking comfort, giving thanks, opening, or closing a space right through to removing mamae to providing inspiration, strength and so much more. 

What level of Te Reo Māori do I need to have?

The cards have been designed for anyone to use no matter their level of Te Reo Māori. They have an english translation provided on the back of each card.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to NZ and AUZ via the website.

If you lives outside of these countries and are still interested in purchasing just email us at pukengapsychology@gmail.com with what your after, and address and we can provide a shipping estimate.

When will my order be packed?

All orders are packed and posted within 48 hours of the ordered being placed. Orders for Australia are sent on Wednesdays.
